About
Jump LA Indoor Trampoline Park is Lethbridge’s local trampoline park, located at 2920 9th Avenue North — an open-jump facility for jumpers of all ages and sizes, with dedicated programming for toddlers, weekday deal sessions, monthly glow nights, and private party and facility rental bookings. Whether it’s a casual drop-in after school, a Tiny Tots morning with little ones, or a birthday party that fills the whole park, Jump LA is Lethbridge’s go-to spot for bouncing. All Ages
Open Jump
Open Jump is available for jumpers of all heights, with 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour sessions. Jumpers are divided into two categories: Little Jumpers (under 46 inches) and Big Jumpers (over 46 inches). During regular Open Jump hours, Little Jumpers are not permitted on the main court (marked with an orange border) and must be supervised by a paid adult jumper at arm’s length at all times throughout the park and on the trampolines. Children under 1 year are admitted free but are not allowed on the trampolines during Open Jump. Non-jumping adults (spectators) can enter with a park user fee. All guests — jumpers and non-jumpers alike — must complete a waiver before entering and check in at the counter to receive a wristband. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Trampoline grip socks are required for all jumpers and are available for purchase at the front counter. Sign your waiver in advance at jumpla.ca/sign-waiver to speed up check-in.
Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots sessions run Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings and are exclusively for jumpers under 46 inches — no jumpers over 46 inches under age 18 are admitted to the building during this time. During Tiny Tots, little jumpers have full access to the entire park with no feature restrictions, making it the ideal session for toddlers to explore the whole space freely. One free adult admission is included with each paid child ticket; additional adult guests pay separately. Children under 1 are free. All guests must wear trampoline grip socks.
Special Events
GO GLO Nite takes place on the last Friday of each month — a ticketed, blacklight glow party for jumpers aged 10 and over. Guests are encouraged to wear neon. On GO GLO Fridays, the park closes during the afternoon and reopens at 6:45 PM for the evening session. Memberships are not valid for GO GLO. Tickets are available through jumpla.ca/buy-tickets.
Weekday deals run Tuesday through Thursday: Toonie Tuesday (buy one hour, get the second for a toonie), Hoppy Hour Wednesday (one hour of jump time at a reduced flat rate), and Thrifty Thursday (buy one hour, get the second at half price). Deals are available for in-park purchase only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Frequent Flyer Passes & Group Bookings
Jump LA offers 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month Frequent Flyer Passes for regular visitors, providing up to 2 hours of jump time per day. Passes cannot be used for parties, private events, or ticketed events like GO GLO, and caregivers must pay when clients use a pass. Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more jumpers when booked at least 48 hours in advance. For parties or facility rentals over 20 people, contact Jump LA directly at info@jumpla.ca or call 403-942-7665. Gift cards and online deals are available at jumpla.ca/deals.
Frequently Asked Questions — Jump LA
Can I bring my toddler to Jump LA during regular Open Jump hours?
Yes — Little Jumpers under 46 inches are welcome during Open Jump but must be supervised by a paid adult jumper at arm’s length at all times, and are restricted from the main court (marked with an orange border). For a more toddler-focused experience with full park access and no feature restrictions, the Tiny Tots sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings are the best option.
