The World of Kidtropolis is an 18,000-square-foot indoor playground and miniature city in Richmond, BC, located at Unit 110 – 5940 No. 2 Road, Richmond BC V7C 4R9. Built around pretend play, Kidtropolis gives children ages 2 and up a kid-scaled city to explore — role-playing as pilots, firefighters, grocers, doctors, police officers, and more, all in a fully equipped miniature town. The Miniature City & Play Areas

The pretend city is the main draw at Kidtropolis — a kid-sized town with a fire station, grocery store, airplane runway, police station, post office, school, hospital, and more, each stocked with costumes, props, and scaled equipment. An indoor jungle gym with slides and climbing structures rounds out the play area. Admission includes unlimited timed play across all stations and the jungle gym. Electronic ride-on toys and toy vending machines are also available throughout the facility (accept $1 and $2 coins).

Admission & Passes

Kidtropolis uses timed ticket entry — purchase for a scheduled arrival time and stay as long as you like. Most visits run around 2 hours. Walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity and always accepted after 3 pm. Infants under 2 are free; each child admission includes one adult. Additional adults pay a separate fee. Regular visitors can choose a Monthly Play Pass (30 days unlimited), an Annual VIP Pass (full year unlimited), or a 10-visit Punch Card. All passes are non-transferable, require photo verification, and are not valid for special events or camps.

Kidtropolis runs a year-round program calendar alongside drop-in play. Kids Night Out (ages 6+) is a supervised drop-off evening from 5:30–9:30 pm; Nerf Night Out (ages 8+) is an after-hours Nerf battle with blasters and food provided; Stop, Drop & Play (ages 6+) offers supervised drop-off free play. Field Trips (ages 3–10) are available for schools and daycares. Pro-D Day and Spring Break Kid Camps (ages 6–10) run themed activities including art, science, and outdoor games. Four packages are available, from Package A (up to 8 kids + 8 adults) to Package D (up to 28 kids + 28 adults), with weekday and weekend options. All include 2 hours in a private party room with full playground access, a dedicated party host, and basic tableware. Additional guests can be added at per-person rates; children under 2 are excluded. A 15% gratuity is added automatically. Outside food is not permitted except a nut-free cake or cupcakes; all party food is ordered through Munchies Café. Painter’s tape is permitted for décor; tape on walls is not. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required; cancellations under 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
