The facility prides itself on cleanliness and safety: the entire structure and food facility receive a full deep clean during a dedicated one-day shutdown every three months, in addition to daily cleaning. Qualified animators are on-site to enhance the play experience, and all visitors — children and adults — are issued a computerized bracelet at the entrance that must be worn throughout their visit and is used to control access at exit.

A dedicated Lunch Box section provides reserved seating for families who bring their own food, and outside food is welcome throughout the facility (no peanuts; no alcohol). Free Wi-Fi is available. Socks are mandatory for all guests.

Birthday Parties at ZigZagZoo — Vaudreuil-Dorion

ZigZagZoo is a well-loved birthday party venue in the Vaudreuil-Dorion and West Island area, with three party options to suit different group sizes. All packages include a private party room reserved for 2 hours and unlimited access to the playground. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at booking; the party can be rescheduled within 2 months of the original date if needed. Outside food is welcome for parties (no peanuts, no alcohol). Piñatas are not permitted; only weighted aluminum balloons are allowed (no rubber or latex). Party organizers should bring a guest list and are responsible for the arrival, departure, and behaviour of their guests.

• Monkey Package — Up to 8 children and 6 adults. Includes unlimited playground access, a 2-hour private party room, a birthday cake (themed upgrade available), 2 litres of juice, and full table decorations (tablecloth, napkins, cups, plates, candles, knife, and lighter). Smaller groups
• Elephant Package — Up to 10 children and 10 adults. Includes unlimited playground access and a 2-hour private party room. Larger groups
• Table Package — A reserved table for 2 hours plus unlimited playground access, with individual admissions applied per guest. Group Packages — Schools, Daycares & Camps

ZigZagZoo welcomes organized group visits for schools, daycares, day camps, Christmas parties, corporate events, and sports associations. All group packages include unlimited access to the playground, a reserved Lunch Box table, and permission to bring outside food (peanut-free). A 40% deposit may be required, and a signed contract is needed for the booking. Supervision of children remains the responsibility of the teachers or educators accompanying the group.

• Schools / Day Camps — Per-child rate with complementary adult admissions scaling with group size; additional adults at a per-person rate.
